Strategy Concepts provide a comprehensive service from Strategy Development to successful execution. Broken down into three elements, Strategy Development, Change Management and Performance Management the service package offers everything that is needed to assist organisations to move to the next level of successful operations.

The start point of the Strategy Concepts experience is to define a vision for the organisation to determine where the organisation wants to be in 3-5 years time. This is followed by a comprehensive environmental and industry analysis to understand competitive forces and identify opportunities within the scope of the strategic vision. From here a strategy map is developed to map out the strategic goals in the four perspectives of Finance, Customer satisfaction, Processes and Learning and Growth.

Coupled with a communication plan the one page Strategic Map is used to cascade to management, employees and stakeholders the direction of the organisation. The aim is to achieve both vertical and horizontal alignment across the organisation. Each objective has an associated Key Performance Indicator that is used to measure the progress to achieving the vision.

Strategy Concepts understands that each organisation is individual and requires a bespoke design to their needs. Tools and Models are creatively applied to meet the needs of the customers.
