Established 25 years, working as a Hypnotherapist/Psychotherapist, Jean is a qualified Master of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Hypnotherapy deals with all psychosomatic problems - dealing with emotional issues. 'Healing the mind you heal the body'. We have helped many clients over the years to over come: Phobias, anxieties, stress, weight issues, drugs, alcoholism, smoking, relationships, fears of exams, driving, flying, panic attacks, stress, improving any sports skills, IBS and confidence as well as many other concerns.

Jean is also the trainer for the British Association of Therapeutical Hypnotists. Teaching and training two courses a year one weekend a month over eleven months, leading to an exam and a diploma which qualifies one to practice as a Hypnotherapist. The training includes Neuro- Linguistic-Programming techniques.
